Refund Policy

•Most products sold by kiwipistore.com qualify for an exchange or return within 30 days from the date your order ships. Clearance items are not eligible for return.

•The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a restocking fee 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

•Kiwipi store reserved the right to refuse any incomplete returned product. And Kiwipi store reserves the right to refuse any items that have been physically damaged or noticeably misused. Physical damages on any RMA void all warranties.

•RMA number must be marked clearly on the shipping box. Kiwipi store will refuse the shipment if there is no RMA number on the shipping box.
